Published:

Consultation opened on . Closing date at 17:00.

Summary

We are seeking views on our proposed approach and strategy for RP7, NIE Network’s next price control.

The Utility Regulator publishes a consultation paper setting out our initial views on the high-level approach to our seventh price control for NIE Networks, referred to as RP7.

Our approach is the first key stage in our price control review for NIE Networks, which will begin on 1 April 2024.

We are seeking views on our proposed approach and strategy which we will follow throughout the process and have identified issues that we plan to consider.

The consultation document on our approach has been left open with no specific questions posed. Instead we invite stakeholders to express their view on any particular aspect of our proposed approach.

Our preference is that responses are submitted by e-mail to Electricity_Networks_Response@uregni.gov.uk copied to Sean.Lyons@uregni.gov.uk
