The Utility Regulator today publishes its consultation on proposed licence modifications to give effect to the Competition Markets Authority’s (CMA) Final Determination (FD) on the SONI TSO Price Control 2015 – 2020.
The proposed modifications are made under Article 14 of the Electricity (NI) Order 1992 and an Article 14(2) Notice is included in this paper. The focus of this consultation is to ensure that the modifications proposed by the UR reflect the CMA’s FD but it is not a consultation on the merits or otherwise of the FD.
Responses to this consultation paper should be submitted by 5pm on 23 January 2018.
