The Utility Regulator today publishes a consultation on whether or not a revenue cap would be an appropriate regulatory mechanism during the next NI Water price control( PC21). In our approach document published in July 2018 we committed to consulting on this issue. Responses to this consultation should be received no later than Friday 4 January 2019.
