On 7 February 2024, the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation on the proposed grant of an electricity generation licence to ReGen WTE Limited.
No responses were received to the consultation.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (the Order), the Utility Regulator has, on 13 March 2024, granted an electricity generation license to ReGen WTE Limited.
Copies of all documents will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
