Today the Utility Regulator publishes two notices (Article 14 Electricity and Article 14 Gas), of its proposed modifications to the electricity supply licence and gas supply licence held by Flogas Enterprise Solutions Ltd.
The proposed modification will amend the financial year in condition 2.2 of the electricity supply licence and condition 1.2.1 in the gas supply licence. This proposed modification would bring the company’s accounting period into line with the financial year-end of other companies within the DCC PLC group.
