Proposed gas licence modifications for firmus energy published

The Competition and Market Authority’s (CMA) published its decision, on an appeal brought by firmus energy regarding elements of our GD17 price control, on 27 June 2017. 

As part of its decision, the CMA referred two grounds of appeal back to us for consideration relating to Ground 2A (connection targets) and Ground 2B (non additionality). 

Today we are publishing a consultation document and proposed licence modifications to give effect to our consideration of Ground 2A and Ground 2B for consultation.  This consultation document includes seven annexes. 

We welcome stakeholder feedback on any aspect of this consultation document.  Responses should be received on or before 12 noon on Friday 2 February 2018 and should be addressed to:
