Following the closure of our ‘Back billing in the NI Retail Energy Market’ consultation on 14th February 2019, the Utility Regulator has been reviewing the responses and drafting its final decision paper.
In analysing the consultation responses we have been made aware of some issues which need further consideration.
To allow us sufficient time to consider the issues raised we are now planning to issue our decision paper during the summer.
