Utility Regulator Publishes Decision Paper on Cancellation Condition Changes

Utility Regulator issues decision paper describing the changes which will apply from SEM go-live date (1 November 2007) to bring the cancellation condition in Northern Ireland electricity licences into line with the enduring institutional arrangements under SEM. This paper is based on the outcome of the consultation paper issued on 21 September which proposed changes The decision paper can be viewed using THIS LINK and the original consultation paper using THIS LINK.

Any changes will be made under Article 3 of the Electricity (Single Wholesale Market) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007
