The Utility Regulator today published its conclusions on the introduction of entry charges into the Northern Ireland postalised regime for gas.
The conclusions reflect the changes necessary to implement European Network Code requirements under the European Gas Regulation.
The paper explains the conclusions taken following consideration of the responses received to the consultation paper which was published on 16th October 2014.
