Consultation on Compliance Monitoring of TSOs against the Third Package Gas Transparency Requirement

The Third Package of energy measures has enhanced the transparency requirements on Transmission System Operators (TSOs). In order to assess compliance against the new transparency requirements, the Gas Regional Initiative North West (GRI NW) have requested all TSOs within the GRI NW region to complete a questionnaire to explain whether or not they publish information required by the new requirements and to provide a link to the relevant information. The Gas Regional Initiative are seeking stakeholder views on the content of the TSOs’ responses.
