Consultation Paper on Mitigation Measures to Address Potential Capacity Constraints at Moffat

The Utility Regulator has published a consultation paper concerning potential capacity constraints that were identified in the Joint Gas Capacity Statement 2011.

The consultation paper considers whether or not regulatory intervention is required to mitigate this potential capacity constraint and puts forward potential mitigation measures.
