Utility Regulator publishes its response to the Financing Utility Networks discussion paper

The Utility Regulator published a discussion paper, prepared by First Economics, on potential options for financing utility networks in December 2010. A seminar on 12 January 2011 also contributed to the discussion on financing utility networks.
A response by the Utility Regulator to the First Economics discussion paper, including a consideration of stakeholder comments, is published today.
