Consultation on the SEM Demand Side Vision for 2020
The Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) and the Utility Regulator (together ‘the RAs’) have undertaken a programme of work to develop a Strategic Demand Response Programme for the island of Ireland.
The RAs have a clear desire to carry out a high level of consultation with industry, government, energy customers and the policymaking community as a key part of the design process. The purpose of this consultation paper is to illicit responses from interested parties with regards to the issues raised and the questions asked in the consultation paper.
Comments on this consultation should be forwarded, preferably by email, to Fergus O’Toole (fotoole@cer.ie) and Simon Scott (Simon.Scott@uregni.gov.uk) by 5pm on Monday 18th October 2010.
