Review of the Market Development Aspects of Firmus Energy Price Control

As part of the firmus energy (fe) 2009-2013 price control determination the Utility Regulator agreed to the 2009 allowances subject to a re-opener to review market development and advertising for the period 2010-2013 inclusive. This note summarises the outcome of this review.
