Utility Regulator publishes Electricity Licence Modification Consultation for the EEL
This notice proposes to modify the electricity transmission licence (the Licence) held by NIE PLC (the Licensee) by adding the new licence condition to enable changes to the Northern Ireland Energy Efficiency Levy Programme (EEL) as laid out in our consultation paper dated 1 August 2008.
Representations or objections with respect to the proposed modifications may be made on or before 5pm 31/07/2009 to:
