Utility Regulator Publishes Social Action Plan Decision Paper 2009-2012

On 5th January 2009 the Utility Regulator launched a public consultation on a Social Action Plan 2009-2014. Following the consultation process we are today publishing the Social Action Plan Decision Paper 2009-2012.
