This is an open letter from the Utility Regulator to SONI (the System Operator Northern Ireland) and NIE commenting on the ongoing generator connection process.  The Utility Regulator welcomes the opportunity to comment on the generator connection process and hopes these comments will help to ensure a robust connection agreement is developed.
