The Utility Regulator today publishes its Determination of 26 October 2011 in respect of a formal complaint.  The complaint was brought by the Rev. Seamus O’Connell PP V.F. against NIE Plc. It related to the costs charged by NIE to connect a 225kW wind turbine at 159 Glen Road, Maghera to the existing 11kV network.
