Utility Regulator consults on CAG draft conclusions paper on options for the gas operational regime

The Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) have published a Draft Conclusions Paper as part of the Common Arrangements for Gas (CAG) project. The attached Draft Conclusions Paper on the Gas Operational Regime outlines the Regulatory Authorities’ initial conclusions and sets out the next steps towards making a final decision.
Comments on the paper are welcome and should be submitted to Roisin McLaughlin () and Jill Murray () before close of business on Friday 28th November 2008.
Also, as part of the consultation process, the Regulatory Authorities are jointly hosting a combined CAG Operations and Tariffs workshop in Dublin on Friday 7th November 2008. Interested parties are welcome to attend.
The Draft Conclusions Paper and responses to the preceding Discussion Paper will also be available shortly on the CER and Utility Regulator websites. Copies of the document will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
