OFGEM Publishes 2008/09 ROC Report

OFGEM continues to administer the Northern Ireland Renewables Obligation (NIRO) on the Utility Regulator’s behalf. OFGEM have recently published their Annual Report for 2008/09 which includes information on the NIRO.
