Utility Regulator and DETI publish gas licence application criteria

The Utility Regulator has published Gas Licence Application Criteria as agreed by DETI. The criteria have been implemented to comply with the requirement outlined in the EU Directive 2003/55/EC, and will be used to assess any new licence application.
Copies of the document will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
