Utility Regulator is today publishing the Phoenix Natural Gas Licence Modification Notice

In May 2009, the Utility Regulator issued a consultation paper on proposed modifications which implements financial ring fencing arrangements and corporate governance requirements on the company.

The proposed Phoenix Natural Gas Licence Modification Notice has been accepted as set out in the May 2009 Consultation.
