The Utility Regulator today publishes an ‘approach’ consultation paper outlining our options for setting the scope, duration, operating costs allowance and profit margin for the Power NI supply price control. This follows the publication of an information note in November 2012 regarding the Power NI supply price control. The price control is due to commence in April 2014.
