The Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation (the Utility Regulator) is the regulator for Northern Ireland’s gas, electricity, water and sewerage industries. Our role is to promote choice and value for all utility customers.
 
The use of the site (“www.uregni.gov.uk”) (the “website”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The website is managed by the Utility Regulator, which is referred to herein as ‘We’.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

The failure or delay of the Utility Regulator to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive the Utility Regulator’s right to enforce that right.

9. Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on www.uregni.gov.uk and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in the Utility Regulator. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use www.uregni.gov.uk content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. The Utility Regulator website does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user’s IP address that is automatically recognised by the web server. We do not use cookies for collecting user information. Cookies are only used to ensure the user’s browser receives the correct corporate styling and to calculate page hit statistics. This data is used only in the aggregate and does not include any personally identifying information.
