Summary
The Utility Regulator today publishes a consultation on modifying the exclusive area of the firmus energy (Distribution) Ltd licence to facilitate a new gas pipeline to connect the Strabane area.
The consultation document sets out the proposed licence changes and our reasons for these.
Copies of the consultation can be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
