Summary

The Utility Regulator today publishes notice of its intention under Article 10(4) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (the Order) to grant an electricity generation licence to Ballykeel Wind Farm Limited.

The Utility Regulator has today given notice of its intention to grant a licence to generate electricity to Ballykeel Wind Farm Limited.

A copy of the proposed licence accompanies this notice.
