Summary
The Utility Regulator today publishes a consultation on its intention to award an Electricity Generation Licence to Ballyutoag Wind Farm Ltd.
The Utility Regulator has today given notice of its intention under Article 10(4) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (the Order) to grant an electricity generation licence to Ballyutoag Wind Farm LTD. The proposed licence is in respect of a wind farm comprised of five turbines at a site located 1KM north of 71 Ballyutoag Road, Belfast.
A copy of the proposed licence accompanies this notice.
Responses to the notice, preferably in electronic format, should be forwarded on or before 6 June 2025.
