The Utility Regulator today gives notice of its intention to grant a licence to generate electricity to Prime Power Generation Limited. Under the proposed licence the company plans to build a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine station comprised of a 330MW gas turbine and a 150MW steam turbine in Airport Road West, Belfast Harbour Estate, Belfast. A copy of the proposed licence accompanies this notice.

Responses to the notice, preferably in electronic format, should be forwarded on or before 31 May 2024.
