The Northern Ireland Authority for Energy Regulation (the Authority) today launches a consultaion paper entitled “Proposed Company structure of Northern Ireland Energy Holdings Ltd.” The paper sets out the issue raised by the proposal to incorporate Moyle Holdings Ltd into Northern Ireland Energy Holdings Ltd. thus creating a single holding company for Northern Ireland’s UK- linking energy assets.
