Summary

The Northern Ireland Authority for Energy Regulation (the Authority) today published details of proposed licence modifications to the Combined Licences for the Conveyance and Supply of Gas held by Phoenix Natural Gas. The modifications are intended to update the conveyance licence with respect to financial ring fencing conditions in order to protect the interests of gas consumers in the licensed area.

The Northern Ireland Authority for Energy Regulation (the Authority) today published details of proposed licence modifications to the Combined Licences for the Conveyance and Supply of Gas held by Phoenix Natural Gas. The modifications are intended to update the conveyance licence with respect to financial ring fencing conditions in order to protect the interests of gas consumers in the licensed area.
