Summary

Proposed licence modifications (Article 14 notice) which reflect the decisions laid out in the Final Determination for firmus energy (Supply) Limited’s (FES’) next price control.

On 30 September 2026, we published our Final Determination on the price control for firmus energy (Supply) Limited, for the period January 2027 - December 2030. 

This sets out our Final Determinations for the price control for firmus energy (Supply) Limited in the Ten Towns gas supply market. 

The price control will come into effect on 1 January 2027 and will run until 31 December 2030.

This consultation is on the proposed licence modifications (Article 14 notice) that will give effect to the decisions in the Final Determination.
