Summary
Today the Utility Regulator publishes a consultation paper on changes to the postalised regime for gas.
The proposed changes introduce entry charges and are necessary to implement European Network Code requirements under the European Gas Regulation.
The target date for implementation of the proposed changes is October 2015.
