The Utility Regulator is today publishing a consultation paper which considers SONI’s allowed revenue to recover its operating costs, depreciation and a reasonable return on investment for its next price control period. This next price control is to be for a five year period from 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2020.

The Utility Regulator has not asked any specific questions in this paper. Instead stakeholders are invited to express a view on any particular aspect of the consultation paper.
