Summary
The Utility Regulator has published for consultation proposed modifications to the Phoenix Natural Gas Limited licence for the conveyance of gas in Northern Ireland and the Bord Gais Eireann licence for the conveyance of gas in Northern Ireland.
The proposed modifications would remove the current cap on the percentage of prepayment meters for which the distribution companies can reclaim their costs.
