Today the Utility Regulator published its Consultation Paper on the licensing arrangements for Aggregated Generator Units (AGU) and Demand Side Units (DSU).
The purpose of this consultation is to facilitate the introduction of interim systems for regulating AGUs and DSUs so that they can participate in the wholesale market on an equal basis to other participants.
