The Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) are today publishing a Draft Conclusions Paper as part of the Common Arrangements for Gas (CAG) project. The Draft Conclusions Paper on Transmission Tariff Harmonisation outlines the Regulatory Authorities’ initial preferences and sets out the next steps towards making a final decision.

The Draft Conclusions Paper on Transmission Tariff Harmonisation outlines the Regulatory Authorities’ initial preferences and sets out the next steps towards making a final decision.

Comments on the Draft Conclusions Paper are welcome and should be submitted to Richard Hume (richard.hume@niaur.gov.uk) and Clive Bowers (cbowers@cer.ie) before close of business on Friday 14th November 2008.

As part of the consultation process, the Regulatory Authorities are jointly hosting a combined CAG Operations and Tariffs workshop in Dublin on Friday 7th November. Interested parties are welcome to attend.
