On 15 February 2013 we proposed modifications to the electricity generation licence held by SSE Renewables UK Ltd, under Article 14(2) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 as amended.
The text of the licence modifications was published for consultation. No objections with respect to the proposed modifications were made. The licensee has also indicated its consent to the proposed modifications.
