On 07 January 2022 the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation on the proposed grant of an electricity generation licence to Ballykeel Wind Farm Limited.
No responses were received to the consultation.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (the Order) the Utility Regulator has on 15 February 2022 granted an electricity generation licence to Ballykeel Wind Farm Limited.
