The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) requested that the Transmission System Operators (TSOs) on the island of Ireland develop a unified all island network code (the “CAG Code”) under the Common Arrangements for Gas (CAG) project. Today, 16th August 2011, the RAs are publishing the third in a series of consultation papers on the proposed Business Rules for the CAG Code.
