The Utility Regulator has today given notice of its intention under Article 10(4) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (the Order) to grant an electricity generation licence to Lagan Energy (Ballymena) Ltd. The proposed licence is in respect of a generation site comprised of five HVO fuelled generators at 35 Woodside Road, Ballymena, Co. Antrim, BT42 4QH.
