The Utility Regulator has today given notice of our intention, under Article 10(4) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (the Order), to grant a modified electricity generation licence and an electricity supply licence to Durham Street Energy Limited. This will enable the company to operate as a Demand Side Unit Operator in the Single Electricity Market.
