On 24 January 2022, the Utility Regulator, in accordance with Article 14(2) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, launched a consultation on proposed licence modifications to SONI's (System Operator for Northern Ireland) Transmission System Operator (TSO) licence to reflect the outcome of our governance review.
In the interim, we have received a request from a consultee for the deadline for responses to be extended.
In light of this request we wish to notify potential respondents of the following:
We have decided to revise the deadline for receipt of responses to on or before 5pm on 4 March 2022. The date originally specified in the Article 14(2) notice should be treated as extended accordingly.
