The Gas (Applications for Licences and Extensions) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 were made on the 7 February 2013 and come into operation on 11 March 2013.
The revised fees are payable with gas licence applications to the Utility Regulator (Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation) applying from 11 March 2013.
