On 18 February 2021 the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation on the proposed grant of an electricity generation licence to EP NI Energy Limited.
No responses were received to the consultation.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (the Order) the Utility Regulator has on 24 March 2021 granted an electricity generation licence to EP NI Energy Limited.
A gas supply licence has also been granted to EP NI Energy Limited on 24 March 2021.
Copies of all documents will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
