A consultation paper entitled Electricity Connection Policy to the Northern Ireland Distribution System was published by the Utility Regulator on 15 November 2010.
Twenty four responses were received to the consultation. These can be viewed here.
The Utility Regulator gave all responses careful consideration in order to formulate its next steps paper.
