The Utility Regulator publishes an Article 14 (1) Notice of its proposed modifications to the electricity generation licence granted to GSII NI Solar Cluster Limited.
The proposed modification will amend the financial year in Condition 2 (1) of the GSII NI Solar Cluster Limited electricity generation licence and is to ensure that the financial year stated in the licence aligns with the financial statements of the licence holder in each case.
The relevant licence holder has received prior notification of the proposed modifications from the Utility Regulator.
In line with Article 14(3) of the Order, any representations or objections with respect to the proposed modification may be made on or before 17:00 on 22 October 2026 to:
