The Utility Regulator gives notice of the revocation of the Electricity Generation Licence granted to ContourGlobal Solutions (NI) Ltd on 1 September 2009.
The Licensee has agreed in writing with the Utility Regulator that the Licence should be revoked.
The condition for revocation set out in Paragraph 1(a) of Schedule to the Licence is therefore met and the Utility Regulator is providing the required period of notice (not less than 30 days) for the coming into effect of the revocation.
