On 27 February 2006 The Office for the Regulation of Electricity and Gas (OFREG) published a consultation paper outlining it’s plans to approve a £10m investment of the BETTA rebate by Moyle Interconnector Limited in the Irish Renewable and Sustainable Energy Fund.The paper also sought opinions on how the remainder of the rebate should be used and provided a number of proposals for comment.
