The Utility Regulator has published a decision paper on licence modifications to Annex 2 of the Power NI Supply Licence, which give effect to the Power NI Supply Price Control 2026-2029.
The licence modifications in this decision paper are required to give effect to the Power NI Supply Price Control 2026-2029 Final Determination which was published on the 24 April 2025. We consulted on the licence modifications, which concluded on 23 May 2025.
We received two responses to our consultation, and they can be accessed at:

We have considered the comments in response to our consultation and include our respective decisions within the decision paper. This decision paper on licence modifications is complemented by three annexes:

The date on which all the licence modifications proposed will be made is 25 August 2025. However, the modified price control will operate such that the modifications will be treated as being applicable with effect on and from 1 April 2025.
In parallel with the decision on licence modifications, we are publishing the Gt Cost of Credit Mechanism which is referenced in Annex 2 of Condition 55 of the modified licence.
