SONI is the electricity Transmission System Operator (TSO) for Northern Ireland. The Evaluative Performance Framework (EPF), which was introduced for the SONI 2020 – 2027 price control, provides for an evaluation of SONI’s performance.
Stakeholder responses
On 19 December 2025, the Utility Regulator asked stakeholders for their views on SONI's Annual Performance Report for 2024/2025.
We are now publishing responses submitted by stakeholders, in line with the guidance.
The panel will consider these responses in their evaluation of the SONI Annual Performance Report.
Copies of all documents will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
